Several paddlers have been asking about skegs. I have found this link to be most helpful in explaining, with a nice video, how a skeg works and how to properly trim a skeg.
I know we have many varying opinions about blogs, but I have found The Lake is the Boss to be interesting. It was particularly good when I was trying to get more information about the most recent tragedy at the Meyers Beach sea caves.
